Rent Policy

The purchaser will be entitled to derive rent @ 0.9% Rent in the following manner;

  • Rent will start after 1.5 years from the date of Booking.
  • Minimum amount should be 60%.
  • Client will be eligible to get 0.9% rent on 60% amount till the completion of 100% amount.

Annual appreciation

  • Rent will be increased @ 5% every year after completion of 100% amount.


Building of Ramada Executive Block, Murree consists of G+3 stories;

Stay in Hotel

A complimentary 21 nights stay shall be offered by the developer to the purchaser and these 21 nights can be avail in the following manner;

1st Quarter    =          4 days                        

2nd Quarter   =          4 days

3rd Quarter   =          5 days                        

4th Quarter    =          5 days

Free stay in hotel is subject to the availability of room and prior reservation from the hotel management shall be required before visiting the premises. Only family members will be allowed to avail these free nights.

Note: Quarters are defined as

1st Quarter      March to May                                   

2nd Quarter    June to August

3rd Quarter     September to November                 

4th Quarter     December to Feb.

Lease Agreement

After 1.5 Years from the date of booking, purchaser shall sign a rental agreement with builder and he will enter into an agreement of Long Term Lease for 10 years, this lease agreement will remain extendable with mutual consent.

Sale of Unit

Developer shall have the first right to buy back that unit at a fair market price if purchaser wants to sell. In case if developer wouldn’t be able to purchase than he can sell it directly into the market.

Room sizes mentioned in payment plan are approximate however a list of exact room sizes is also enclosed. Price and Rent will be decided according to exact size of room.
