Star Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Conducts Cricket Tournament 2018 in Karachi
Karachi: Star Marketing Private Limited – the biggest real estate industry of Pakistan – organized a cricket tournament last night at UBL Sports Complex, Karachi. It was an endeavor to encourage employees who are good at sports by providing a platform to prove themselves. Also, it meant to give the non-participating employees an evening full of entertainment.
Four teams participated in the tournament. One was the internal team of Star Marketing Private Limited and the other three were;
• Manhill Advertising Private Limited, as Manhill Royals,
• Rajput Builders as Rajput Warriors, and
• Sun Builders and Developers as Sun Risers.
The game started with national anthem where all teams and spectators around the fence honored the anthem.
The guests to honor the show with their appearance were Mr. Wasiq Naeem – founder, Mrs. Farzana Wasiq – Chairperson, and Mr. Akhlaq Ahmad – Managing Director of Star Marketing Private Limited.
The first match started at 6:30 P.M. There were total 6 matches played on ground. All teams delivered exceptionally well. They were bold, determined, and passionate. Some players from the teams were so outclass in their batting, bowling, and fielding that they were recognized and awarded at the end of the tournament.
The award distribution ceremony was held after midnight. Rajput developers won the tournament with Manhill Advertising Private Limited being the runner up.
In the ceremony, the winning and the runner up teams were awarded with trophies. A few exceptional performing players from all the four teams were awarded with incentives.
Danish Khan from Star Marketing was declared the man of the tournament. Kamran from Manhill Royals and Danish from Rajput Warriors were elected as best bowler and batsman of the winning match, respectively.
In addition, the IT department of Star Marketing also made a special contribution in the event. They announced and launched the Android Phone app for users to access Star Marketing’s services on their phones.
